1. Using microcomputer processor PID program control technology, the program tracks the actual temperature of the suction tin gun and soldering iron at a high speed in milliseconds, the fast temperature compensation speed enhances the temperature stability, the temperature static error is small, the temperature compensation is fast, and can adapt to various harsh environments.
2. Various parts of machine device are have self-deteetion function, full intelligent over-temperature, short circuit, open circuit, overload failure have display and protection.
3. The back of the machine is provided with a fuse holder, and the exposed metal parts of each component are connected with a ground wire to provide comprehensive protection for the safety of electricity.
4. Suction tin gun adopts 201A suction tin gun ceramic heating core, which has peak heating, fast heating and fast temperature compensation functions, therefore very suitable for desoldering circuit boards, electronic components such as job need to remove and replace parts.
5. Suction tin gun uses vacuum pump as the air source, strong suction and low noise.
6. Suction tin gun part is anti-static design, to prevent electrostatic damage to delicate SMD components.
7. Suction tin gun and Soldering iron has a 10-minute fixed hibernation function. When no one is in use, the suction tin gun or soldering iron is at rest, After about 10 minutes, the suction tin gun or soldering iron will enter the hibernation state.
8. Suction tin gun and soldering iron can be used alternately by switching.
9. Soldering iron uses 131A ceramic heating core, peak heating, rapid heating, and fast temperature compensation function. About the Suction tin gun
By heating the suction tip to conduct heat, causing the solder to heat up and melt. Then, the vacuum pump is used to suck the melted solder into the suction chamber, so as to achieve the diswelding of electronic components. This tool is often used to repair and assemble electronic equipment, especially where components need to be replaced or circuits repaired. It removes solder quickly and accurately, increasing work efficiency while also protecting circuit boards and other electronic components from damage.

About the Soldering iron
