Order confirmation

Before shipment, please confirm model, voltage, plug type, quantity, packaging request, spare parts or accessory needs and destination country. These details affect quotation, packing and shipping method.

Shipping methods

Depending on order size and destination, shipments may be arranged by express, air freight, sea freight or customer-designated forwarder. The final method should be confirmed during quotation.

Trade terms and local charges

Unless otherwise agreed, reference prices do not include VAT, import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees, shipping or insurance. For EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP requests, the related responsibilities and charges should be confirmed before order payment.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on stock, production arrangement, order quantity, packaging requirement, destination and logistics route. We will provide available shipping information during quotation or order confirmation.

Inspection and damage

Please inspect cartons and products after receiving the shipment. If there is visible damage or shortage, keep photos, packing labels and logistics documents, then contact us as soon as possible.
